ANNUAL CONFERENCE "Catechists within the Parish"
Friday 19 September 2008 9am - 4pm Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral Parish, Waitara

CCD Regional Masses
Attention all catechists and catechist assistants - come and celebrate our ministry.  5, 10 and 15 year awards and Level 1 and 2 certificates will be presented.

Central Coast Region: Wednesday 3 September, 7:00pm, Our Lady of the Rosary, Wyoming.

CYO Reunion - All Welcome
A reunion will be held on Saturday 27 September 2008 for all past members of the Cabramatta CYO.  Cabramatta was originally with Fairfield.  Mass will be celebrated at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, 13 Park Rd, Cabramatta, followed by a luncheon at 12:30pm in the Hall.  Please bring any memorabilia or photos.

BULLETIN NOTICE FOR SUNDAY  31 AUGUST:
EPISCOPAL DIALOGUE

Please come along to this year’s public dialogue between Bishop David Walker of Broken Bay Diocese and Bishop Glenn Davies, Assistant Bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney to hear them discuss the topic “Is the Pope a means to, or an impediment to, Christian Unity?”

This topic has a particular ecumenical relevance in the wake of the recent visit of the Pope to Sydney for World Youth Day.

The Dialogue will take place in the hall at St John’s Anglican Church, corner St Johns Avenue and Pacific Highway Gordon on Wednesday 3rd September at 7.30pm.


St Cecilia’s Church, Wyong, Centenary Booklet

are looking for mentors to work in their Foster Care Programs with young people aged 10 to 16 years. They would be required to work up to 20 hours per week for a contracted position for 12 months and paid according to the SACS Award. Drivers licence essential.
