Diocesan Pastoral Council

In 2006, Bishop David invited nominations to the Diocesan Pastoral Council.  In early 2007, a series of meetings at deanery and diocesan level will be held to allow  nominees to assess their readiness to serve on the council.

The deanery discernment meetings will be held:
Peninsula Deanery 7.30pm Thursday 15 February 2007 to be advised
Northern Deanery 7.30pm Tuesday 20 February 2007 Caroline Chisholm Centre, Pennant Hills
Central Coast Deanery 7.30pm Thursday 22 February 2007 Our Lady of the Rosary, The Entrance
A diocesan discernment meeting will be held:
Diocesan Discernment 7.30pm Thursday 15 March 2007 Caroline Chisholm Centre, Pennant Hills
The first meeting of the Diocesan Pastoral Council will be held:

Deanery Meetings for Parish Pastoral Councils

An opportunity for members of Parish Pastoral Councils to work together with their local counterparts from other parishes, and with the Parish Support Team from the Diocese.
Northern Deanery 7.30pm Tuesday 24 April 2007 Caroline Chisholm Centre, Pennant Hills
Peninsula Deanery 7.30pm Tuesday 1 May 2007 to be advised
Central Coast Deanery 7.30pm Thursday 3 May 2007 Our Lady Star of the Sea Terrigal

Northern Deanery – Caroline Chisholm Centre

This is the new building for the Bishops Office and the Catholic Schools Office from February 2006.  The address is:   Building 2, 423 Pennant Hills Rd Pennant Hills NSW .  Vehicular access from City View Road

Central Coast Deanery – 

  • The Entrance Parish, 241 The Entrance Rd The Entrance 

  • Terrigal Parish, 165 Serpentine Road, Terrigal

Peninsula Deanery – 

  • St Kieran’s Parish, 2 King Street, Manly Vale

  • Manly Parish, 6 Raglan Street, Manly
