There are a couple of conflicting theories on Music in Ministry- Firstly that music gets young people into youth ministry, however on the other hand, these days there are SOOOOOOOO many different styles of music, that you can just as easily cause division in a group by playing something that you think is targeted at your demographic, when in fact they are dancing to an entirely different beat.... If you're looking to use music to liven up a Youth Mass- one word of warning- "just cause the drums are loud, it doesn't mean that the music is good, and that young people will come along!"
